Ingredients 

Filling

  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Topping

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and 0.5 cup of flour. Stir in melted butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and rhubarb is tender.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
