Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your rotisserie to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the chicken with olive oil.
  4. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Place the chicken on the rotisserie spit.
  6. Cook the chicken for about 90 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
