- 1 lb Sausage sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Bell Pepper chopped
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz can
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, onion, garlic, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, thyme, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
