- 2 pieces Sausages sliced
- 4 Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
2. Add sliced sausages and cook until browned.
3. Pour in beaten eggs and stir continuously.
4. Add shredded cheese and cook until eggs are fully set.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
