  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Grease the muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are set and lightly browned.
