- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 Biscuits store-bought or homemade
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you're baking biscuits.
In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
While the gravy is cooking, bake the biscuits according to package instructions or your recipe.
Serve the sausage gravy over the warm biscuits.
