  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Biscuits store-bought or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you're baking biscuits.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. Cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. While the gravy is cooking, bake the biscuits according to package instructions or your recipe.
  7. Serve the sausage gravy over the warm biscuits.
