- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled.
2. Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Gradually whisk in the milk, and cook until the gravy thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over biscuits.
