Sausage Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- 1 package Frozen hash browns (about 30 oz)
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, cooked sausage, and 1 ½ cups of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
