Sausage Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole
A hearty breakfast casserole with sausage, hashbrowns, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- 1 package Frozen hashbrowns thawed
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup Milk
- 6 Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine hashbrowns, sausage, and 1 cup of cheese. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the hashbrown mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
