Ingredients 

  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 g Chorizo diced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chorizo and cook until it starts to crisp up, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  4. Pour the eggs into the pan with the chorizo and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
