Scrambled Eggs with Chorizo

- 4 Eggs
- 100 g Chorizo diced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the diced chorizo and cook until it starts to crisp up, about 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Pour the eggs into the pan with the chorizo and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are just set, about 3-4 minutes.
Serve immediately.
