Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 3 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, fish)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in fish stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. 5. Add heavy cream and mixed seafood. Cook until seafood is done.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
