Seven Layer Salad

Main Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup cucumber diced
- 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ cup green peas
In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce on the bottom.
Add a layer of cherry tomatoes.
Follow with a layer of diced cucumber.
Add a layer of thinly sliced red onion.
Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
Add a layer of crumbled bacon.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sugar, then spread over the top layer.
Finish with a layer of green peas.
