Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup green peas

Instructions 

  1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce on the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of cherry tomatoes.
  3. Follow with a layer of diced cucumber.
  4. Add a layer of thinly sliced red onion.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Add a layer of crumbled bacon.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sugar, then spread over the top layer.
  8. Finish with a layer of green peas.
