Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup Crab meat
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- ½ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, celery, and red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.
3. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
