  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 large Flour tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the shrimp, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the burritos by placing some rice, black beans, shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  5. 5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
