Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ cup White Wine
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Parsley chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Butter

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in butter and parsley. Cook until butter is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.
  6. Serve immediately.
