Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz Linguine or spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup White wine or chicken broth
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Parsley, chopped fresh
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  4. 4. Pour white wine (or chicken broth) and lemon juice into the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Return shrimp to the skillet and add cooked pasta. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
