Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs Recipe
Delicious and tender baby back ribs cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
1. Mix together brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
2. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
3. Place the ribs in the slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
6. Brush additional BBQ sauce on the ribs and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
