Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix together brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  2. 2. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  3. 3. Place the ribs in the slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the ribs are tender.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the ribs to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  6. 6. Brush additional BBQ sauce on the ribs and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
