Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 3 Carrots, sliced
  • 3 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary.
  2. 2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
