Slow Cooker Beef Stew
A hearty and comforting beef stew made in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 3 Carrots, sliced
- 3 Potatoes, diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a slow cooker, combine beef, broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato paste, thyme, and rosemary.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
