Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew
A hearty and comforting chicken pot pie stew made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1. Add diced chicken, frozen vegetables, potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. 
- 2. Stir to combine all ingredients. 
- 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours. 
- 4. Serve hot and enjoy!
