Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1. Add diced chicken, frozen vegetables, potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Stir to combine all ingredients.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
