Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef lean
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the browned beef and all other ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  4. 4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, or green onions.
