- 3 pounds Beef Chuck Roast
- 1 packet Au Jus Mix
- 1 can Beef Broth 10.5 oz
- 1 can French Onion Soup 10.5 oz
- 6 rolls Hoagie Rolls
- 6 slices Provolone Cheese
1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
2. Add the au jus mix, beef broth, and French onion soup to the slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Shred the beef with two forks and serve on hoagie rolls with provolone cheese.
5. Use the remaining liquid in the slow cooker as a dipping sauce.
