Slow Cooker Lamb Stew Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Lamb shoulder, cubed
- 2 cups Carrots, chopped
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Place lamb, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
2. Pour in beef broth and tomato sauce. Add thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until lamb is tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
