Slow Cooker Oxtail Stew Recipe
A hearty and flavorful oxtail stew made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs oxtail
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon thyme dried
- 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 2 cups carrots sliced
- 2 cups potatoes diced
- 1 cup peas frozen
1. Season oxtail with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown oxtail on all sides.
3. Transfer oxtail to slow cooker.
4. Add onion, garlic, tomato paste, soy sauce, thyme, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
5. Pour in beef broth.
6. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
7. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for another hour.
8. Stir in peas and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
