Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn, drained
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Beef Broth
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
3. Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
5. Serve hot, topped with your favorite taco toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
