Slow Cooker Turkey Chili
A hearty and healthy turkey chili made in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can corn, drained (15 oz)
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Transfer the cooked turkey to the slow cooker. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Stir everything together until well combined.
4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
