Rub
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the rub ingredients.
3. Generously apply the rub to the pork shoulder.
4. Place the pork shoulder in the smoker.
5. Smoke for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
6. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 30 minutes.
7. Shred the pork using two forks and serve.
