Ingredients 

Pork

  • 4 lb Pork shoulder

Rub

  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the rub ingredients.
  3. 3. Generously apply the rub to the pork shoulder.
  4. 4. Place the pork shoulder in the smoker.
  5. 5. Smoke for about 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  6. 6. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Shred the pork using two forks and serve.
