Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pork butt about 8 pounds
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together to make a rub.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the pork butt.
  4. Place the pork butt in the smoker.
  5. Smoke for about 8 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  6. Remove from smoker and let rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
