- 1 whole Pork butt about 8 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Mix all the dry ingredients together to make a rub.
Rub the mixture all over the pork butt.
Place the pork butt in the smoker.
Smoke for about 8 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
Remove from smoker and let rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
