  • 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
  • 4 potatoes diced
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped bell pepper and onion, cooking until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the smoked sausage slices, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sausage is heated through and the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
