Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add the fideos and cook until golden brown.
Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until softened.
Pour in the chicken broth and tomato sauce. Stir well.
Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
