Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Fideos (or vermicelli noodles)
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Tomato sauce (8 oz)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the fideos and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until softened.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and tomato sauce. Stir well.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
