Sous Vide Egg Bites Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, gruyere, or your choice)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup cooked bacon or ham, chopped (optional)
- ¼ cup spinach, chopped (optional)
1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 172°F (78°C).
2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. If using, add chopped bacon/ham and spinach to the mixture and stir to combine.
4. Pour the mixture into mason jars or silicone molds, filling each about ¾ full.
5. Seal the jars or cover the molds with foil.
6. Place the jars/molds in the water bath and cook for 60 minutes.
7. Once cooked, remove from the water bath and let cool slightly before serving.
