- 1 cup Dried soybeans soaked overnight
- 4 cups Water for blending
- 4 cups Water for cooking
1. Soak soybeans in water overnight.
2. Drain and rinse the soybeans.
3. Blend soybeans with 4 cups of water until smooth.
4. Strain the mixture using a strainer or cheesecloth.
5. Boil the strained liquid with 4 cups of water for 20-30 minutes.
6. Let it cool before serving.
