Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 6 Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Stir well.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the tomato paste and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over cooked spaghetti or your favorite pasta.
