Spaghetti Sauce with Fresh Tomatoes
A simple and delicious spaghetti sauce made with fresh tomatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 6 Fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Stir well.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the tomato paste and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve over cooked spaghetti or your favorite pasta.
