Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar for caramel
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 5 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the sugar until it becomes golden brown. Pour into a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.
Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water. Bake for 60 minutes.
Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
