- 1 cup Sushi Rice cooked
- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
Divide the cooked rice between two bowls.
Top each bowl with the spicy tuna mixture.
Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
