Main Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper to taste
- 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Add chopped spinach, sliced mushrooms, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
