Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 2 pieces Bread Rolls split
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 piece Tomato sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. 3. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  4. 4. Toast the bread rolls in the same skillet until golden brown.
  5. 5. Spread mayonnaise on the toasted rolls, then layer with arugula, tomato slices, and steak slices.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
