Pie Crust
- 1 package Pre-made pie crust or homemade
Filling
- 4 cups Fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Let the pie cool completely before serving.
