Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks drained
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix pork with a bit of salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok and fry pork until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add bell peppers and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Add vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir until sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Return pork to the wok and mix well with the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
