mixed with 2 tablespoon water
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix pork with a bit of salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a wok and fry pork until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add bell peppers and pineapple chunks. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
4. Add vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir until sauce thickens.
5. Return pork to the wok and mix well with the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
