  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 4 cups Lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Tortilla Chips crushed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to package instructions.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  4. 4. Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Top with crushed tortilla chips before serving.
