- 20 pieces Strawberries Washed and dried
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Water
1. Skewer the strawberries.
2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until the mixture reaches 300°F (150°C).
3. Dip the skewered strawberries into the sugar mixture, coating them completely.
4. Place the coated strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and harden.
