5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, then place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
7. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and flatten each piece into a rectangle.
8. Place a sausage in the center of each rectangle and roll the dough around it, pinching the seams to seal.
9. Place the kolaches on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
