Tomato and Garlic Pasta
A simple, delicious pasta dish with fresh tomatoes and garlic.

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 500 g Cherry tomatoes halved
- 4 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
- ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped fresh basil. Serve immediately.
