Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls
  • 1 lb Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Queso fresco, crumbled
  • 1 cup Pickled jalapeños

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half.
  2. 2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. 3. Top with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, queso fresco, and pickled jalapeños.
  4. 4. Place the top half of the roll on top and press down gently.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the tortas for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve warm and enjoy!
