Instructions
1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half.
2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
3. Top with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, queso fresco, and pickled jalapeños.
4. Place the top half of the roll on top and press down gently.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the tortas for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
