Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 pcs Onion thinly sliced
  • 6 pcs Eggs
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced potatoes and onions. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and onions in the pan.
  5. Cook on low heat until the eggs are set, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Flip the tortilla using a plate and cook the other side for another 5 minutes.
  7. Slide the tortilla onto a plate and let it cool slightly before serving.
