Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls sliced in half
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese like Oaxaca or Monterey Jack
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread a layer of refried beans on each bolillo half.
  3. Top with shredded cheese.
  4. Place the bolillo halves on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo. Serve immediately.
