  • 1 lb Skirt Steak thinly sliced
  • 12 pieces Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 pieces Limes cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Season the skirt steak with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3. Cook the steak in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. 4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  5. 5. Warm the corn tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. 6. Assemble the tacos by placing a few strips of steak on each tortilla, then topping with chopped onion and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
