Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef cut into chunks
  • 1 lb Pork cut into chunks
  • 1 lb Chicken cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Yuca peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups Plantains peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Corn cut into pieces
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 8 cups Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add the beef, pork, and chicken to the pot. Cook until the meat is browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the yuca, plantains, potatoes, carrots, and corn to the pot. Cook for another 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Stir in the cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
