- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve the tuna burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
