Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 8 Tostada Shells
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Mix well.
  2. 2. Lay out the tostada shells on a serving platter.
  3. 3. Top each tostada shell with a portion of the tuna mixture.
  4. 4. Add shredded lettuce and cherry tomatoes on top of the tuna mixture.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
