- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 Lime juiced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 8 Tostada Shells
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Mix well.
2. Lay out the tostada shells on a serving platter.
3. Top each tostada shell with a portion of the tuna mixture.
4. Add shredded lettuce and cherry tomatoes on top of the tuna mixture.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
