Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add drained tuna, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  3. 3. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble tacos by placing tuna mixture on tortillas, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
